The overall experience is nice. The room is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They provide delicious snacks and a spacious social room.

Room was noisy from street noise though they provided ear plugs. The staff wasn’t at all friendly though they were not rude, they are just very detached I would say.

This hotel serves clean and tidy room. To me its the best hotel choice in at this price range in Tainan. i have checked other hotels they are either have comments about cleanning issues or at shitty locations or too old to be served as hotel room....

The staff were kind. The rooms were large and comfortable. There is a huge shared space to enjoy.

It’s quite a big hotel but it only has one lift. When I went to check out (from the 7th floor) I waited 25 minutes for the elevator, I had to let 5 full cars go before I could get on.No room servicing on a 4 night stay which means the bins can build up and be quite smelly. I had two cockroaches try their chances as a result. If they left spare bin liners in the room this would help.

room is clean, not huge but big enough for a family of three. Good location, 15min walk from the train station, 5min bike ride. staff are friendly. the lounge at second floor is filled with snack, which is great. there’s a youbike station nearby, makes it pretty easy to get around.

elevator is a bit small. Although there’s a sign says ‘ housekeeping at work from 9:30, please be patient’, it’ll still be good to have a bigger or another elevator.

Not fr away from the training station. The bed is comfortable, clean and the water pressure in the shower is great. You can store the luggage in the lobby and the lounge on the 2nd floor is conveninent.

The aircon was too strong and not adjustable. The remote looks working but it actually changes nothing.

Hotel has no breakfast included but they have common room (2nd floor) which provides snack, instand noddle, tee, coffee... free. Double room is a bit small but clean.

I rented car for 2 days in Tainan so I have no idea how far from hotel to city center.

This place is incredibly cozy and quiet. The smell is pleasant, and the space is spacious.

Location is lack of attraction and accessibility

Nothing really. Pretty much the reviews are quite good. So, it was excellent value for money. Bathroom was quite big, and beds were comfortable. The elevator is a bit small, but that's hardly a compliant.

The reception is excellent!! They provided everything I need and excellent services. Also the room is big, comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend to stay here if you travel to Tainan!!

The room requires renovation - dirty walls, slippery floor under the shower. Location is quite distant from the centre.

Location- there were very few restaurants in the area and the station was at least15 minutes away.

Super friendly and helpful staff, hotel was clean, the common room with free snacks and drinks were great. Kids loved playing with the games there

It would be good to have a breakfast option as there is a lounge room on second floor.The lounge room has free biscuits which is great , but a tea and coffee machine would compliment it

Great little single rooms lodging. Very nice staff. Very clean. There were some amazing restaurants nearby on the street that has the greenway in the middle (like a 10 minute walk). Fun decor, though maybe slightly posed. Their waiting area on the second floor was great - fun. The staff were very accomadating with arriving early and waiting up there, or stashing bags up there.

The elevator would get busy, so you might have to wait for it during peak check out time for example. It was a little farther from the train station for walking than I would have liked going with a group / with luggage.

Stuff was extremely polite and friendly. Check in smooth. Bob helped us out and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. We liked the design and free bikes were absolutely awesome to have for a day.

Area where the hotel is located is a bit dirty, lots of traffic. Rooms are kinda small and I would not recommend a stay for more than 2 nights. Bikes were a bit old and did not function as they should which can be a bit dangerous on the road, would be good to invest in new ones. Overall a bit overpriced for what one gets :)
